What we collect

Your email address and your quiz answers: goal, gender, age, height, weight, goal weight, activity level, allergies and disliked foods. Weight, goals and allergies are health data (special category under GDPR Art. 9).

Why and legal basis

To generate your meal plan and send it by email. Health data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), given by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect earlier processing.

How long we keep it

Health data is deleted 30 days after your plan is delivered. Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Who receives it

Hosting provider (Cloudflare), email delivery provider [TODO] and AI provider [TODO] that generates the plan. We do not share quiz answers with advertising networks and do not use Meta or Google advertising pixels. We use self-hosted Umami analytics, which is cookieless and records aggregate usage events.

Browser storage

While you fill in the quiz, answers are kept in your browser's session storage and removed when you submit or close the tab.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
